What sensors does RoomTrack support?
RoomTrack integrates with popular IoT occupancy sensors including Verkada, Cisco Meraki, and any sensor that exposes a REST or MQTT endpoint. No hardware lock-in.
How does ghost booking detection work?
We compare your calendar bookings against real-time sensor data. If a room is booked but shows no occupancy within 10 minutes of the start time, it is flagged as a ghost booking and the room can be auto-released.
Is my calendar data secure?
Yes. We use OAuth 2.0 for calendar access and only read booking metadata — never email content. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
